Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. As a customer I always seek out the very best from the money I spend and I can safely say Rod and the team at Thorpe Leys exceeded my expectations. The motorhome I purchased from them was of a very high standard on collection and all works we agreed should be conducted were completed. The motorhome was ready by the agreed date and I was regularly kept up to date on status. Rod has followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything is OK and has reminded me that if I require any support in the future regarding the warranty agreement he would be available to help. Rod and Co at Thorpe Leys were a breath of fresh air. The Motorhome was ready for us to inspect on arrival and after an initial warm welcome, we were left to spend a long time looking over the vehicle without any interference, but when we needed to ask questions, Rod was on hand to help He also readily gave time to our phone calls for sorting out insurance etc. Rod was also patient and helpful when we drove over to collect our new Motorhome. All of the little adjustments we asked for had been made to the vehicle and Rod made part-exchanging our caravan into an almost painless process. We are thrilled with our 'new' Motorhome. Thank you.

From start to finish our dealings with Rod at Thorpe Leys were professional and courteous. There was no pushy sales patter, no pressure and patience with our many “novice” questions. We were left to view the motorhome at our own pace and were kindly given hot drinks. Many questions via e-mail were quickly responded to and on collection day all went smoothly with everything promised being sorted. An unexpected bonus.. a full tank of fuel. This was a massive decision for us but Rod made everything go smoothly. We have just returned from our first few days away in our new (to us) motorhome and have already booked the next one!
